We want you to be fully satisfied with your Gloverall purchase; if you are not, you can return your items for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all garment tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Item
Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached, and include the completed returns form inside the parcel.
Label and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.
